In short: if you are not happy with AI Download Manager, you get a full refund within 30 days of paying. No reason needed.

You can ask for a full refund within 30 days of any payment for AI Download Manager, whether it is your first purchase or a yearly renewal. You do not have to give a reason.

How to ask

  1. Write to support@bluewakelabs.com from the email address you bought with.
  2. Include your order number from the receipt email.

We reply within a few working days. The money goes back to the payment method you used, through our reseller Lemon Squeezy. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

What happens to the licence

After a refund the licence key stops working and the renewal is cancelled. The program and your existing downloads stay on your computer.

After 30 days

After 30 days payments are not normally refunded, but you can cancel the renewal at any time so you are not charged again. If something went wrong, such as being charged twice, write to us and we will put it right.
