Terms of Sale and Use

AI Download Manager. Effective 3 November 2026.

Who sells the software

AI Download Manager is made by Bluewake Labs, the trading name of Raouf Nader, an individual based in Egypt (details on the legal notice). Orders are processed by our online reseller, Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record: it takes the payment, issues the receipt and handles sales tax or VAT. Your purchase is also covered by Lemon Squeezy’s own terms, shown at checkout.

Free trial

When you first install AI Download Manager you can use every feature free for 30 days. No account or card is needed for the trial.

Licence

• A licence costs USD 12 per year (plus any tax shown at checkout) and lets you use AI Download Manager on up to 3 computers at the same time.
• You get a licence key by email. Keep it private: it is for you, not for sharing or reselling.
• You may move the licence to another computer by deactivating it on one you no longer use.
• The software is licensed to you, not sold. Bluewake Labs keeps all rights in it. You may not copy it for others, resell it, or remove its licence checks.

Yearly renewal

• Your licence renews automatically each year at the price shown when you bought it, and the payment method you used is charged on the renewal date.
• We will email you before each renewal.
• You can cancel the renewal at any time from the link in your receipt email or by writing to support@bluewakelabs.com. The licence then stays active until the end of the year you have paid for.
• If the price changes, we will tell you by email before your next renewal, and you can cancel before it applies.

When a licence or the trial ends

The program stays open and the downloads you already have keep working. Only adding new downloads needs an active licence. Your files and download list stay on your computer.

Refunds

You can get a full refund within 30 days of any payment, including a renewal, without giving a reason. See the refund policy.

Acceptable use

AI Download Manager is a tool. You are responsible for what you download with it. Download only content you own or have the right to download, and respect the terms of the websites you use. Do not use the software to break the law or to harm others.

Updates

We release updates that fix problems and add features. An active licence or trial includes every update released while it lasts.

No warranty and limits of liability

AI Download Manager is provided “as is”. We work to make it reliable, but we do not promise that it will be free of errors or work without interruption on every system. As far as the law allows, Bluewake Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost data or lost profit, and its total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that you have by law and that cannot be limited.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Changes do not apply to a period you have already paid for.
